Job description

Northstrat is seeking a Program Scheduler that serves as the primary architect of the program’s execution plan. In this role, you will act as the scheduling subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to Program Management and technical leads. You will partner with the team to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while integrating specialized Work Center, Production, and Software development schedules . This role requires the agility to translate complex project dependencies into a clear roadmap, establishing key milestones and progress metrics across diverse workstreams. Success is driven by the ability to proactively anticipate program needs, bridge the gap between different departments, and independently drive scheduling projects to completion in a fluid environment.
