What you will do to contribute to the company's success Keeping high quality connectivity is key to Sparklight . You will maintain high level service by troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions in the Headend, HFC and fiber optic networks, and the Home Terminal Units. Supporting our customers by repairing both local plant performance issues and customer-owned equipment, using electronic test equipment. We are always growing and working to better our services.
