Meta Reality Labs Research is looking for an Art Director to join the team of designers, scientists, engineers, and artists who work across various research initiatives. The centralized design team within Reality Labs Research is a horizontal team that partners closely with a variety of Cross Functional Partners. This person will be responsible for contributing to the overall design process through concept, design development, and delivery of compelling visuals that communicate value to the user. We are seeking a candidate who is a detail-oriented Art Director with a concept-driven approach who understands how form influences function, and is constantly striving for simplicity. You have an in depth experience in your craft, with the capacity to inspire and empower designers on a team to create their best work.
