About the Role: As the Centre Manager, this role is responsible for the overall management of Rushcutters Bay Tennis + Kiosk with an equal focus on facility operations and tennis program delivery. The centre includes five synthetic grass tennis courts, a kiosk, customer service reception, and two indoor community spaces - the Reg Bartley Community Room and Meeting Room. You will work closely with the Cluster Manager to ensure a comprehensive and well-structured program. Key Responsibilities: Facility Management - oversee the daily operations of the tennis centre to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment that is well presented, with responsibilities including contractor coordination, maintenance reporting, customer service, compliance, logistics and general service delivery.
