Hourly Rate: $20.62 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY: Support sales operations by resolving quote and order issues, managing new account inquiries, and ensuring efficient processes while partnering internal teams to support customer service initiatives and drive continuous process improvement RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: •Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quote, order, and fulfillment issues and implement effective solutions •Work independently on assigned projects and initiatives •Provide backup support for the Customer Solutions Coordinator •Manage new account inquiries for capital products and parts accounts •Track marketing asset inventory, obtain vendor quotes, and process internal orders using Oracle iProcurement •Review, analyze, and report on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback •Maintain data feed spreadsheets for new product launches, discontinuations, and product updates •Process demo product orders in support of new product launches •Support order and quote testing for product launches, discontinuations, and system enhancements •Maintain and update dealer locator information for Pride, BAJA Mobility, and Rascal by Mega Motion •Process invoices for extended warranties and protec...
