As an Application Support Representative, you will participate in an in-depth 3-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, your role will involve managing a high volume of inbound calls. You will interact with prospective customers to guide them through the loan application process, with the primary goal of converting these prospects into successful sales.
