This role provides academic, social-emotional, and personal support to students through individual counseling, small-group sessions, and classroom instruction. The counselor helps students create academic plans and develop skills that foster Christ-like character and academic excellence. Additionally, the Middle School Counselor plays a vital role in identifying and supporting students' mental health and overall well-being. Qualifications: Committed Christian who exemplifies a Christ-centered lifestyle. Active member of a local church in good standing. Demonstrates spiritual and organizational leadership.
