You will join an innovative and collaborative User Experience & Design team responsible for creating best in class digital experiences across a globally recognized hospitality brand. In this role, you will design commerce focused web products , contributing to both near term feature delivery and long term product strategy. You will help shape digital experiences that drive revenue conversion , strengthen customer engagement , and support outcomes for business, leisure, member, and non member audiences. You will partner closely with the Director of User Experience , as well as cross functional product and technology teams. This position requires both hands on design execution and the ability to guide and provide feedback to internal and external designers.
