Location: Hugo,Minnesota,United States FINANCE DIRECTOR // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH: JOB OBJECTIVES: - Serves as the top financial official and Treasurer of Eagle Brook Church and is responsible for the overall administration of the Finance team - Supports and guides financial decision making for the Executive Leadership Team - Views financial stewardship as a ministry and partners with pastoral leadership to align resources with the church's mission and vision - Drives ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, programs and processes while adhering to financial and legal requirements, standards and procedures - Leads the Finance team to provide excellent service, insightful reporting, and support to Eagle Brook Church staff - Effectively manages budgets and forecasts financial trends - Analyzes data to decide how to allocate resources and determine potential risks - Develops and maintains multi-year financial models to support long-range ministry planning - Leads, selects, and develops the Finance staff and manages the Finance operating budget - Reports to the Executive Director of Operations ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Provides strategic guidance on financial initiatives, including cap...
