Overview The Director of Residential and Day Services provides strategic leadership for Racker’s Residential, Free-Standing Respite, and Day Programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This role promotes a strong sense of belonging by fostering inclusive, collaborative, and forward-thinking program environments that center the lived experiences of the individuals and families we serve. The Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective oversight of operations, budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
