Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program management. - 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - Experience directing a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, with a focus on portfolio oversight and talent development. - Experience launching features to consumers through frontend and backend platform development. - Track record of collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions, especially in situations with little authority and considerable ambiguity. - Ability to function as a strategic partner to executive leadership to effectively manage and scale delivery. - Ability to define and operationalize sophisticated operating models that measurably increase efficiency and effectiveness in outcome delivery.
