We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Night Manager to oversee our hotel operations during the night hours, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the night team, fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and resolving any issues that arise during the night promptly and professionally. Monitor the hotel’s security protocols and handle emergency situations as they arise, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
