Service Call Administrator

Job description

Ziegler Cat has an opening for a Service Call Administrator who will be responsible for managing and closing service calls for the branch. This role will require strong computer skills, excellent organizational skills, and some mechanical knowledge to support the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing customers. This role will have additional administrative support responsibilities for the branch overall as well. Responsibilities: Service Call Closing: - Close service calls - Create POs for necessary parts, supplies, or services - Edit service reports to get them up to the professional standards expected - Troubleshoot WIP/service calls - Work with warranty on WIP/service calls - Work with AP/AR on PO disputes, questions, or other misc. reimbursements - Set-up new vendors in partnership with purchasing - Monitor administrative quality of repairs - Answer phone calls while Supervisor is out of the office. Data Accuracy: Additional administrative support at the branch as needed. Duties may include: main point of contact for the branch, uniforms, fleet and driver maintenance, event support, and managing the retail space.
