About Us Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents’ homes are safe and maintained to a high standard. About the role: We are looking for a Roofers Mate to join our South-Coast team, delivering high quality roofing repairs and remedial works. This is a permanent role, working 39 hours per week. To ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the Havant area and be able to meet at a designated meeting point each day. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership. Essential requirements of the role: - You must be able to demonstrate competence carrying out minor roofing repairs (such as guttering, slate replacement, and minor leak fixes) - Experience of working in a customer-focused environment with a consistent track record of delivering high quality service - Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record information - Physically capable of manual work, including lifting, in line with Health and Safety gui...
