Overview Job Summary: - The Clinical Tech works under the direction of the RN/LPN. The responsibilities of the clinical tech include providing for direct patient care and maintaining patient care standards. The tech must demonstrate the ability to work with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds; to organize, set priorities and manage multiple tasks, and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Qualifications: Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: - EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. - EXPERIENCE: Previous patient care experience preferred. - ADDITIONAL SKILL/ABILITIES: Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Ability to work under stress. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. BLS Healthcare Provider must be maintained.
