Employee Benefits & Payroll Compliance: Serve as a trusted partner to Payroll and Human Resources by ensuring payroll practices align with federal, state, and local regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Stay ahead of evolving wage and hour laws and payroll tax requirements, providing thoughtful, proactive guidance that supports both compliance and operational success. 2.
