Experience requirements: - 6+ years in Sales, Sales Ops, Trade/Brand/Category Marketing or Innovation roles, with a proven track record in launches and in-market activation. - Proven delivery of complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. - Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders, without direct authority. - Ability to convert strategy into execution - playbooks, toolkits, training, and adoption. - Strong commercial and analytical thinking - builds simple business cases, defines KPIs, and makes trade-offs. - Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
