As part of the In-Life Management team , you’ll focus on retention of our existing mortgage customers — one of the most strategically important and commercially impactful areas of the business. This is not a traditional product role. As Senior Product Manager - Mortgage In Life Retention , you’ll bring proven product management experience in mortgages, with a clear focus on retention and in-life portfolio management. You’ll own and shape the retention strategy end-to-end — from identifying opportunities through data and insights, to influencing pricing, through to delivering customer journeys and campaigns that directly improve performanc e and customer experience .
