Job description

The Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of direct line team and outpatient behavioral health programming. - Supervise and support direct care team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Assistant Manager and Manager. - Oversee daily operations of outpatient behavioral health outpatient, intensive outpatient and acute partial hospitalization for both adult and adolescent patients ensuring services run efficiently and meet quality and compliance standards. - Monitor team productivity and billing practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with payer requirements. - Ensure patient records are maintained in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting body standards. - Provide leadership in developing and refining programming to meet the needs of the patient population. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care and positive patient outcomes. - Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and other departmental reviews as needed - Assist with budget planning and monitoring; identify resource needs and recommend cost-effective...
