Language Requirement: - English Fluency - Spanish Fluency Certifications: - Required – High school diploma, or equivalent - Preferred – 2-year Associate degree from an accredited program/institution, or two or more years of college-level course work - First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: - Required – One (1) year of related experience and/or training - Preferred – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: - Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that apply to this position - Maintain all contractor records and bookkeeping data efficiently and consistently with program requirements, policies, and procedures. - Supervise logistics staff on the ground at each facility. - Generate weekly work order reports, including completed, in progress, and overdue assignments. - Maintain a filing and tracking system for building inspection records. - Create and submit purchase requisitions, receipts, and invoices per Compass Connections' timeline requirements. - Maintain purchase order logs...
