As we continue to grow and strengthen our international footprint, we're looking for a People & Culture leader, a forward-thinking, values-driven, and hands-on leader to guide our people strategy through this next chapter. As we move toward becoming an AI-native company we're looking for a People & Culture leader who is comfortable and confident in that space, someone who already uses AI in a practical way, brings that mindset into their team's everyday work, and understands how it is shaping the way organisations hire, develop, lead, and retain people. This is an opportunity to help shape the global people function and lead a strong team across recruitment, people partnering, and office management.
