What You’ll Do: Clean and maintain various brands of slot machines to ensure optimal performance. Repair and maintain the player tracking system to support seamless gaming experiences. Assist Supervisors with resolving customer disputes related to slot machines. Move and convert various brands of slot machines as needed on the casino floor. Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow any new policies or procedures introduced.
