Flex Security Officer (On-Call) Location: Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets – Pleasant Prairie, WI Position Type: Flexible / On-Call Security Officer Position Summary: Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets is seeking a reliable and flexible Security Officer to serve in a Flex / On-Call role . This position is responsible for assisting with coverage across all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays , as needed to support daily operations and reduce overtime requirements. The Flex Officer plays an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff . This position requires someone who can adapt quickly to changing schedules, fill open shifts on short notice, and support multiple security functions throughout the property. Key Responsibilities: Provide uniformed security presence throughout the property. Conduct routine patrols of the shopping center , including parking lots, common areas, and tenant corridors.
