Job description

Job Purpose You will be responsible for various accounting operations, ensuring high quality of performed tasks, and supporting invoice-to-cash related queries. We offer a one-year employment contract starting from the date of hire. Responsibilities: Accounting operations: - Cash allocation - Credit & debit notes processing - Resolving unallocated cash items - Customer accounts reconciliation - Preparation of various reports and their analysis - Ensuring high quality of performed tasks, - Process improvements - Participation in internal projects - Compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rules Qualifications & Experience Required: Experience: - Relevant secondary education (or post-secondary accounting training) - Not specified, but relevant experience in similar roles is preferred Technical Skills: - Understanding of accounting principles - Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus - Good MS Office skills Languages Skills: - Very good knowledge of English; additional European language is an asset Soft/Behavioral Skills: - High level of customer service and very good communication skills - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Analytical...
