Work in conjunction with the respective Medical Directors and Interdisciplinary Team to provide oversight for the development and day to day operations of the Stroke Program. Supports the Hospital through certification, accreditation, and disease specific designation processes related to the Stroke Program. Provides oversight to the care of patients in the Stroke Program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 2. NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 18 months of hire 3. Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
