Position Summary The LifeCafe Leader is responsible for the overall performance and growth of a LifeCafe location. This hands-on role leads daily operations, develops team members, ensures high-quality food and service execution, and drives financial results. Working side-by-side with the team, the LifeCafe Leader creates a fun, fast-paced, and high-touch environment that reflects Life Time’s standards and values.
