About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Platform Software Engineer to join the Fraud and Claims Technology (FCT) team within the COO Technology organization . This team plays a vital role in delivering reliable, scalable, and resilient technology that supports critical operational processes and customer outcomes across the enterprise. The FCT team is actively engaged in modernization efforts aimed at evolving legacy capabilities into modern, service‑based architectures. These initiatives focus on improving system reliability, scalability, performance, and integration across upstream and downstream platforms. As part of this work, the team is strengthening its Generative AI capabilities to support fraud detection and prevention while operating within a highly regulated environment. In this role, you will lead and contribute hands‑on to the design and development of backend and middleware services supporting Fraud, Claims, and Recovery platforms.
