Senior Production Supervisor

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Production Supervisor who will join the Operations leadership team to drive the manufacturing of our Stretch and Off-Robot Systems (ORS) product lines. You will oversee a team of 10–15 employees in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality products that directly support the company’s strategic growth. You will be accountable for business-critical production outcomes that directly influence OKRs tied to revenue, customer satisfaction, and company-wide bonus structures. This role requires not just execution but ownership of schedules, cost, and throughput performance at a factory-wide level, continuous improvement leadership, and proactive cross-functional communication.
