You will be working as operations resource to support the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications for the Global Markets Commercial Center of Excellence (CCOE). Responsibilities: Coordinate the CCOE Support function, ensuring response to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage and integrate customer data from multiple platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, and Power BI, to ensure accurate and comprehensive data reporting. Support program management by maintaining Azure DevOps Boards, updating tasks and ensuring accurate progress tracking based on team inputs and working sessions.
