As part of the plant management team in Bouzonville you will drive future’s strategy for Automation and Digitalization. What you can look forward to as Manager Human Ressources (m/f/d): - Developing and implementing HR policies in line with the Group's strategy - Managing the HR department and coordinating HR activities and projects - Facilitating social relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws - Providing advice to operational staff and managing interactions with the group and external parties - Monitoring HR indicators and maintaining a constructive social climate Your Profile as Manager Human Ressources (m/f/d): - Successfully completed Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent - Extensive experience in HR management and social relations - Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation - Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, Kélio, Peoplesoft,...
