Current Account Product Expert

Job description

As a Current Account Product Expert you will take full end-to-end ownership of the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of the Current Account product and its related services. Your mission is to deliver distinctive customer experience while ensuring profitability and efficient cost management across the entire value chain. You will work into the Retail Current Account Squad supporting the development and execution of product propositions and commercial initiatives , aimed both at acquiring new customers and enhancing product adoption and usage among existing ones. Key Responsibilities: - Working in Agile teams: contribute actively to all events of the sprints by asking, answering and challenging. - Deliver requirements, identifying impacted areas and processes and ultimately support in the definition of test scenarios to achieve income and target volumes. - Continually assess the performance of ING Current Account product, the regulatory landscape, external market trends and competitor benchmark, to ensure a customer proposition as effective as possible. - Create the requirements and business cases to support the evolution of the product. - Help the Functional team...
