Dining Room Supervisor Full-Time (including at least 1 weekend day) The Dining Room Supervisor assists the dining room manager to maintain a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of Community dining rooms and venues. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining hospitality standards, interviewing onboarding and training of new dining room team members. Supports the dining room manager to monitor labor expenses to stay within budget. As a food and beverage supervisor positivity and a sense of urgency is a must. An up-beat attitude is necessary, and a resident-first mind set is mandatory.
