Starting Pay Rate: $21.00: Full-Time, M-F 9am-5pm: The activities coordinator will plan and coordinate programs and activities that are varied, reflect the interest, values and beliefs of the residents and provide life enriching opportunities for residents and the community. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Meet with residents to determine past and current interests and hobbies. - Assist in the orientation of new residents. - Shop for residents as needed. - Plan and provide physical (exercise), social, recreational, intellectual/educational, creative, entertainment, religious, service/volunteering programs and special requests of the residents. - Include residents to help plan program activities. - Order and maintain supplies necessary for programs. - Arrange regularly scheduled outings.
