Proposal Manager Description -: The EMEA and APJ Proposal Management team is part of the Growth Revenue Organization. We are looking for a Proposal Manager to complement our team. The Proposal Manager will be actively involved in the tender operations for the Public Sector business and will drive or participate to the tender summaries, will apply project management to the deal, will document and maintain the tender overview and status, will drive analysis, and do the proposal development including texting and localization. Responsibilities: Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business and operations support team. Owns the research and data analysis for complex projects; Represents the needs of the business or function during process improvement projects. Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved process, and understands business/customer impact.
