Description Overview: The Service & Parts Job Code Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of repair, service, and parts operations for heavy equipment by creating, maintaining, and managing labor and parts job codes. This role ensures that job codes reflect current service procedures, parts catalogs, pricing, and labor standards to support work order processing, cost estimation, and operational consistency across the organization. This position focuses on Liebherr and Link-Belt, requiring a deep understanding of heavy machinery repair processes and manufacturer service documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Diesel or Heavy Equipment Technology and related field experience preferred. - 2+ years of experience in service or technical administration, preferably in heavy equipment service operations, job coding, parts coordination or technical administration. - Strong knowledge of repair order processes, service documentation, and parts inventory systems. - Proficient in data entry and management within service or dealer management systems (e.g., CDK and Salesforce). - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accu...
