As a Private Label Category Manager , you’ll own the full journey from idea to shelf: identifying market opportunities, developing exciting new concepts, sourcing the right partners, and launching products that drive both growth and customer loyalty. What we expect from you: Own the commercial performance (sales, margin, penetration) of the private label assortment in assigned categories. Identify category whitespace and defines the private label product roadmap based on customer needs, branded benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Lead supplier sourcing, RFQs, and negotiations with private label manufacturers across Europe; manages tenders and contracts. Drive end-to-end new product development: brief, sampling, quality benchmarking, formulation sign-off, packaging, pricing, and on-shelf launch.
