Kody, a dynamic and rapidly expanding Fintech company, is seeking a driven Partnership Manager to join our team. Kody delivers innovative payment solutions to offline businesses, primarily in the hospitality industry (however we cover most verticals). The Partnership Manager will play a critical role in growing the business by identifying and converting new ISO & Referral opportunities and nurturing relationships. Responsibilities: - Responsible for sourcing, meeting and boarding ISOs & Referral Partners. - Engage in high value prospecting activities, such as networking events, referrals, social media, cold calling, and visiting potential partners if required to advertise Kody's brand. - Target Referral Partners who will provide you hot leads to close deals. - Conduct a combination of 10-15 face-to-face or virtual meetings per week with prospective clients. - Manage your Partnerships on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure smooth target achievements. - Promote additional Kody suite products to your Partnerships. - Efficiently manage your CRM (HubSpot) and maintain a pipeline of quotations to achieve target. - Achieve your personal sales target through your Referral Partnerships...
