*This role is located on site at Hyatt Regency, 151 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60601* The Operations Supervisor assists in the coordination and development all operational aspects of all Show-Site operations, which are inclusive of Freight, Logistics and Decorating. Deliver the highest level of customer service in the most efficient manner possible. Reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Manage assigned show, or assigned area on show to ensure direct costs are at or below plan. - Support Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Special Projects) - In conjunction with the Operations Manager, ensure proper billing practices and proper documentation of materials, labor, and rental equipment is preformed to ensure accurate invoicing, for the purpose of capturing all revenue. - Demonstrate an understanding of compliance requirements for OSHA, DOT and Safety Requirements, and manage teams to perform in accordance with all regulatory requirements - Coordinate activities with vendors and facilities on assigned areas/projects - In conjunction with the Operations Manager, review all labor calls and staffing plans on assigned event areas/projects...
