Summary of Role: The New Graduate College candidate will join the GlobalFoundries Technology and Innovation organization to support GaN integration for Power and GaN Power Systems . The candidate will have a 3 years local contract assignment at GF Labs at IMEC in Leuven, Belgium with a path to Burlington, VT (USA). During the 3 years assignment in Leuven the candidate is expected to support GlobalFoundries technology development focus within the IMEC Industrial Affiliation Programs in GaN Power , including hands - on experiments and integration, also understanding system architectures that require advanced power solutions.
