Overview Join our team at BrightView Health as a Medical Assistant and contribute to providing high-quality patient care by following established treatment program policies and procedures. As a Medical Assistant, you will adhere to current medical standards and practices while utilizing your medical skills for planning, assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing laboratory procedures in accordance with best practices, all under appropriate supervision. Responsibilities: PATIENT CARE: - Complete patient vital signs, TB testing, and blood draws. - Facilitate timely and efficient patient flow for the duration of their visit. - Perform administrative duties to support patient flow as assigned. - Prepare specimens for shipping. - Maintain appropriate inventory of laboratory supplies and a sanitary, organized work environment. - Provide input on overall treatment philosophy, treatment services, and patient care.
