Position Overview Provides strength and conditioning services under the direction of the Human Performance Specialist. Will develop and maintain strength and conditioning programs for local area athletes of all settings. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Vestal Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 Compensation Range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience This position is not eligible for benefits. Education/Experience: Preferred: - Completion of a bachelor's degree within 1 year of hire - Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science and - 2 years' experience working with high school, college or professional athletes under a strength and conditioning model License/Certification: Minimum Required: - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS) within 6 months of completion of the bachelor's degree.
