Lead Structural Engineer 1 - Oil & Gas

Description: - Develop calculations, document designs, and specifications. Additionally, you will be conducting structural analyses, which include loading conditions such as wind, seismic, blast, and pressurization. Assist in structural steel design, and reinforced concrete design. - You will be responsible for direct reports in all aspects, including hiring, training, mentoring, deliverable quality assurance (QA)/ quality control (QC), performance reviews, performance improvements and terminations. - You will be responsible for coordinating with other supervisors and directors to resource projects, contributing to business development and proposals, assist with recruiting and interviewing, and creating/revising/improving department standards - You will work directly with the client representative to ask and answer questions related to the Structural design. - Effectively analyzes resource needs, organizes, and allocates resources. Understands resourcing and department budgeting tools and leverages them for resource planning. Periodically review project budgets and schedules.
