Meaningful Work From Day One: The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing strategies, leading and independently growing Brown-Forman’s business within assigned strategic customers in the Indirect distribution channel. In addition, the role leads change, fosters teamwork and a winning culture by striving for excellence and managing revenue growth to ensure the strongest possible market position of Brown-Forman brands (while respecting budgetary and legal requirements) and increasing market share. A key responsibility of the Indirect team member is to act as a guardian of the organizational culture and the Win with Customers program by being an active and collaborative member of the functional team, sales team, assigned cross-functional teams, and the wider organization.
