In this role, you'll become the expert on customer experience with our data product and ZoomInfo's competitive landscape. You'll design rigorous analyses (understanding complex problems, forming hypotheses, testing with data, and delivering well-backed recommendations) that translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive movements into strategic priorities.
