Senior Buyer – Homewares (Bedding) | C5 | 9 month FTC Location: Coventry or London (SSC & Home) | Hybrid working (TBC) About the team: You’ll join Argos Commercial & Digital within Homewares, a fast paced, customer led team shaping compelling ranges across stores and online. In Bedding, one of our largest Home categories, we blend design led own brand product development with strong branded partnerships to deliver great value, quality and choice for customers. More about the role: As Senior Buyer for Bedding, you’ll own the category and range strategy and lead its end to end execution to deliver profitable growth. You’ll translate customer, market and commercial insight into clear roadmaps, guide range architecture and launch plans, and partner with Product Development, Technical and Global Sourcing to balance quality, price and speed to market across both own brand and branded/filled bedding. Day to day, you’ll steer trading performance across sales, margin, stock, availability and digital metrics, shaping pricing and promotional plans and working closely with Merchandising, Digital and Marketing to maximise performance across channels.
