We are seeking a HR Operations Manager who thrives in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment, to lead HR service delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. You’ll oversee a talented team across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence, robust compliance, and a seamless employee experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine people management, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making to make a tangible impact across the employee lifecycle.This is a hybrid role with 3 days weekly in our Citywest HQ, you will also be flexible for regular bi-weekly travel to the UK.
