We are excited to welcome a new Production Shift Manager for our Day Shift based at our Ingleburn Manufacturing Site. This role will report to the Production Manager and will develop the shift as a team with a culture of safety, consistency and responsibility and will ensure reliable delivery of quality products achieved in highly efficient manner. What you'll do in this role: Effectively manage performance and disciplinary issues in alignment with established performance management processes.
