Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. - 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. - Experience in people management. Preferred qualifications: - MBA. - 4 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. - 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting. - Ability to effectively operate in a fluid, constantly evolving team environment. - Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that drive decision making with executives. About the job: As the Head of Regional Sales Programs and Infrastructure, you will lead a team of Regional Program Managers (RPMs) and Regional Product Leads (RPLs) supporting the EMEA Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales business, and be responsible for shaping, launching, and landing key sales programs and sales tools/workflow changes in-region.
