Preferred Qualifications: - Corporate e‑learning development (Articulate Storyline, Beyond, Workday Learning) - Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) - Strong PowerPoint and visual communication skills - EHS / safety training content development - Workday Learning administration and reporting - Intranet content management experience - Project coordination across Safety and Learning teams - Smart Access experience (plus) Job Summary: Responsible for the creation and maintenance of e-learning, and self-managed learning solutions. Partner with instructional designers and business partners to determine the best methods of delivery. Assist the Learning Team and Information Technology with testing and troubleshooting of courses. Partner with all levels of the organizational development team and business partners to obtain input and to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials. Work closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts and other content developers in the organization to create training using various media.
