Job description

As a Shift Lead at Miss J Cafe, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shifts. You will lead a team of baristas and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure smooth and efficient cafe operations.
